In the field of smart home applications, our expert team at REVONEER Munich provided support from the ideation phase and successfully brought several products to series production in collaboration with our client. The development activities included, among others, conceptualization, benchmarking, patent research, requirements detailing, CAD (3D) design with consideration for manufacturable design, as well as creating 2D drawings, decision-making documents, risk analyses (RA), failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA), assembly and user manuals, technical datasheets, and DVP (test plan) including planning, execution, evaluation, and external coordination for testing. The mechatronic development also covered electronics and software development, extending to prototype circuit boards.

The high demands in the medical technology sector presented new and exciting challenges in product development, which we embraced rather than being deterred by. Here, our team at REVONEER defined the product idea together with stakeholders, developed the concept, and supported the series development within a consortium. Even during the serial production, we continue to assist our client by handling the production of purchased parts in collaboration with REVONEER India.

In tasks related to design support in the automotive sector, we, as an engineering service provider, not only carried out the design implementation but also performed tolerance and motion analysis, taking into account interface connections and space requirements.
