DEVELOPMENT OF A BATTERY SOLUTION

As part of a development project, our project team develops a battery solution for an existing heating system and tests the first prototypes for our customer.

SERIES DEVELOPMENT - SEAT HEATER

We support our customers in the series development of a seat heating system by taking responsibility for the mechanical and electronic components up to the finished end product.

3D CAD - BUS/TRUCK (AUTOMOTIVE)

A large-scale project, in which a team of 40 engineers supported ISUZU & General Motors for 3 years based on an Onsite-Offshore business model. Products: Interior, powertrain, E&E, steering, chassis and BIW devices:

CAE - MESHING & ANALYSIS

2D / 3D meshing of mechanical structures was performed for stiffness calculation, modal analysis and the identification of high stress points.

ELECTROMECHANICAL PRODUCTS

The team supported our customer from the concept design to the finished end product with 3D CAD design, CAE meshing and simulations, prototype construction, testing and final production models with 3D and 2D manufacturing drawings. Products: Switchboard panels, RGM detector units, printer cabinets, door monitoring units.

TOOLING

This project for an automobile manufacturer of passenger cars, tractors and large trucks included the development of a manufacturing concept incl. process design, construction and detailing of large metal tools and BIW devices (welding & checking).

AUTOMOTIVE INTERIORS & EXTERIORS

A complete cockpit was developed, incl. door and pillar covers, carpets, roof liner, front and rare bumper group and exterior covers.

DESIGN OPTIMIZATION

Optimization of a test rig to avoid failure, to adjust it in accordance with the established test specifications and to reduce the weight with the aim to save PE30 material cost.

REVONEER in the project process

Final presentation & transfer of all project data

Project planning & offer preparation

After you have described your technical challenge to us, we will make you an offer for our development services. In case of an assignment, REVONEER will specify the project content and the project process will be divided into milestones and work packages.

Team composition

The interdisciplinary team is compiled on the basis of the specific project requirements. We will of course involve you in this process to make sure that you are satisfied with the composition of the project team.

Kick-off & Project work

Directly after the project starts, a kick-off meeting will be held to clarify the most important project contents as well as to define the objectives. The project work of the team as well as regular consultations with you and the REVONEER project manager will follow. If needed other project members will join these meetings.

Interim Reports & Presentations

In order to gain insight into the project processing at REVONEER, you will receive an interim report with the completion of each milestone, which will be presented and handed over to you. This contains all data developed up to this point in time. If defined in advance we can provide you with additional interim reports.

Final presentation & transfer of all project data

At the end of the project we will sum up the results in a presentation and also hand a detailed document of the developed content to you. Furthermore all relevant data such as designs, drawings or calculations will be provided.
